Project Charter: Project Sauce & Spoon Pilot Rollout
Date : July 2021
Project Summary
A pilot project will be launched at two restaurant locations, Sauce & Spoon North and Sauce & Spoon Downtown, to test the use of tabletop menu tablets. The introduction of menu tablets will enable clients to turn tables more quickly and serve a broader number of guests. Furthermore, it will assist clients in gathering data for tracking metrics. In addition, it will allow clients to offer their customers a digital experience. The desired outcomes of the project are to improve table service productivity and efficiency. This will increase the average check total, decrease average table turn time, cut food waste, increase daily guest count and increase kitchen staff work satisfaction.
